Althea Wishloff (she/her) is a General Partner at Raven Indigenous Capital Partners, an impact-focused venture capital fund providing minority equity capital to Indigenous- and Native-led small businesses. Althea is the first Indigenous woman to be named a General Partner at a venture capital fund. Prior to Raven, Althea was the co-CEO of Koble (acquired by Dialogue Technologies Inc.), an Instructor at the Schulich School of Business at York University (specialty: Entrepreneurship), and a pre-seed investor at Panache Ventures. Althea has built a career spanning Indigenous engagement, financial services, entrepreneurial support, small business funding, education, and more.

Althea is a Kauffman Fellow, a Board Director at the Indigenous Tech Circle, a Venture Partner at Archangel Network of Funds, and a Sidewalk Fellow. She is a member of the Gitxsan First Nation (Fireweed Clan).

Althea was appointed to the National Indigenous Economic Development Board in 2025, providing advice and guidance to the federal government on issues related to Indigenous economic policies and programming.
